    Ordered, That if cloture is not invoked on the nomination of Richard 
Cordray, on Thursday, December 8, 2011, the Senate resume Legislative 
Session and resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 1944, a 
bill to create jobs by providing payroll tax relief for middle class 
families and businesses, and for other purposes; provided, that with 
respect to the cloture motion filed on the motion to proceed, the 
mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 7, 2011.)
