UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 1769 (ORDER NO. 213)
1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Thursday, November 3,
2011, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.
1769, a bill to put workers back on the job while rebuilding and
modernizing America; provided, that the motions to proceed to S. 1769
and S. 1786 be debated concurrently with the time until 3:00 p.m.
equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their
designees, prior to the votes on the motions to proceed in the following
order:
--motion to proceed to S. 1769
--motion to proceed to S. 1786.
Ordered further, That the motions to proceed each be subject to a 60
affirmative vote threshold; provided, that if the motion to proceed to
S. 1769 is agreed to, the vote on the motion to proceed to S. 1786 be
delayed until disposition of S. 1769. (Nov. 2, 2011.)

2.--Ordered, That when the Senate resumes consideration of the
motion to proceed to S. 1769 on Thursday, November 3, 2011, it be in
order for the Republican Leader, or his designee, to move to proceed to
S. 1786, a bill to facilitate job creation by reducing regulatory
uncertainty, providing for rational evaluation of regulations, providing
flexibilities to States and localities, providing for infrastructure
spending, and for other purposes; provided, that the motions to proceed
to S. 1769 and S. 1786 be debated concurrently with the time until 3:00
p.m. equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their
designees, prior to the votes on the motions to proceed in the following
order:
--motion to proceed to S. 1769
--motion to proceed to S. 1786.
Ordered further, That the motions to proceed each be subject to a 60
affirmative vote threshold; provided, that if the motion to proceed to
S. 1769 is agreed to, the vote on the motion to proceed to S. 1786 be
