                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                         S. 1619 (ORDER NO. 183)

    1.--Ordered, That when the Senate resumes legislative session on 
Tuesday, October 11, 2011, it resume consideration of S. 1619, a bill to 
provide for identification of misaligned currency, require action to 
correct the misalignment, and for other purposes, and proceed to vote on 
passage thereof. (Oct. 6, 2011.)

                         S. 1660 (ORDER NO. 187)

    2.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, October 11, 2011, upon disposition of 
S. 1619, there be 5 minutes of debate, equally divided between the two 
Leaders or their designees, prior to a vote on the motion to invoke 
cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1660, a bill to provide tax 
relief for American workers and businesses, to put workers back on the 
job while rebuilding and modernizing America, and to provide pathways 
back to work for Americans looking for jobs; provided, that the 
mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be waived. (Oct. 6, 2011.)

         TRADE AGREEMENTS (H.R. 3080, H.R. 3079, AND H.R. 3078)

    3.--Ordered, That notwithstanding the lack of receipt of the papers 
from the House of Representatives for H.R. 3080, the United States-Korea 
Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, H.R. 3079, the United States-
Panama Trade Promotion Agreement Implementation Act, and H.R. 3078, the 
United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement Implementation Act, the 
Senate proceed to their consideration en bloc at a time to be determined 
by the Majority Leader after consultation with the Republican Leader.
    Ordered further, That there be up to twelve hours of debate equally 
divided between the two Leaders or their designees, with additional time 
as follows: Senator Baucus controlling twenty minutes, Senator Brown 
(Ohio) controlling one hour, and Senator Sanders controlling one hour; 
provided, that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate proceed 
to votes on passage of the bills in the order listed above; provided 
further, that there be no amendments, points of order, or motions in 
order to any of the bills other than budget points of order and the 
applicable motions to waive. (Oct. 6, 2011.)
