                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                         S. 1619 (ORDER NO. 183)

    Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on Monday, 
October 3, 2011, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to 
proceed to S. 1619, a bill to provide for identification of misaligned 
currency, require action to correct the misalignment, and for other 
purposes; provided, that the time until 4:30 p.m. be equally divided and 
controlled between the two Leaders or their designees; provided further, 
that when the Senate resumes Legislative Session, the Senate vote on the 
motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1619.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed, the 
mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Sept. 26, 2011.)
