UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 365
Ordered, That on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, when the Chair lays before
the Senate the House Message to Accompany S. 365, an original bill to
make a technical amendment to the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002,
the Majority Leader (Mr. Reid) be recognized to move to concur in the
House amendment; provided, that the time until 12:00 noon be for debate
on the motion to concur, equally divided and controlled between the two
Leaders or their designees.
Ordered further, That at 12:00 noon, the Senate proceed to vote on
the motion to concur, to be offered by the Senator from Nevada (Mr.
Reid); provided, that the motion to concur be subject to a 60 vote
threshold; provided further, that no amendments, points of order or
other motions be in order to the message prior to the vote. (Aug. 1,
2011.)
