    Ordered, That following any Leader remarks on Sunday, July 31, 2011, 
the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to accompany S. 
627, an act to establish the Commission on Freedom of Information Act 
Processing Delays; provided, that the time until 1:00 p.m. be equally 
divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees; 
provided further, that the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the 
motion to concur in the House amendment to S. 627 with Amdt. No. 589, 
offered by the Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid), occur at 1:00 p.m.; 
further, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture, the 
mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived. (July 30, 2011.)
