UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY S. 627
Ordered, That following any Leader remarks on Saturday, July 30,
2011, the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to accompany
S. 627, an act to establish the Commission on Freedom of Information Act
Processing Delays; provided that the time from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. be
equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their
designees in alternating 30 minute blocks of time with the Majority
controlling the first block of time; provided further, that the time
from 7:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between
the two Leaders or their designees with the Republicans controlling the
first 15 minutes and the Majority controlling the final 15 minutes.
