1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on
Tuesday, July 12, 2011, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1323, a
bill to express the sense of the Senate on shared sacrifice in resolving
the budget deficit; provided, that the filing deadline for first degree
amendments be 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 12, 2011.
Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture,
the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (July 11,
2011.)
H.R. 2055 (ORDER NO. 91)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to H.R. 2055, an act making appropriations for
military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related
agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and for other
purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (July
11, 2011.)
