UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 1323 (ORDER NO. 93)
1.--Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Thursday, July 7,
2011, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.
1323, a bill to express the sense of the Senate on shared sacrifice in
resolving the budget deficit; provided, that the time until 10:00 a.m.
be equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their
designees, with Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each;
provided further, that at 10:00 a.m., the Senate vote on the motion to
invoke cloture on the motion to proceed.
Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on
the motion to proceed, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be
waived. (July 5, 6, 2011.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to S. 782, a bill to amend the Public
Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to reauthorize that Act, and
