A bill to amend the Public Works and Economic Development Act of
1965 to reauthorize that Act, and for other purposes. (June 7, 2011.)
UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 782 (ORDER NO. 38)
1.--Ordered, That when the Senate resumes Legislative Session on
Tuesday, June 21, 2011, the Senate resume consideration of S. 782, a
bill to amend the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to
reauthorize that Act, and for other purposes; provided, that there be up
to ten minutes of debate only, equally divided between the two Leaders
or their designees, prior to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture.
Ordered further, That the following pending amendments are not
subject to division:
--Amdt. No. 394, offered by the Senator from South Carolina (Mr.
DeMint),
--Amdt. No. 407, offered by the Senator from Maryland (Mr.
Cardin),
--Amdt. No. 414, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul),
and
--Amdt. No. 420, offered by the Senator from Oregon (Mr. Merkley).
Ordered further, That the filing deadline for first degree
amendments be 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011, and the filing
deadline for second degree amendments be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21,
2011.
Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture
on S. 782, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
