S. 782 (ORDER NO. 38)
Ordered, That at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, the Senate
resume consideration of S. 782, a bill to amend the Public Works and
Economic Development Act of 1965 to reauthorize that Act, and for other
purposes, and proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on
Amendment No. 436, offered by the Senator from Oklahoma (Mr. Coburn), as
modified; provided, that the mandatory quorum under Rule XXII be waived.
Ordered further, That the following pending amendments are not
subject to division:
--Amdt. No. 394, offered by the Senator from South Carolina (Mr.
DeMint),
--Amdt. No. 407, offered by the Senator from Maryland (Mr.
Cardin),
--Amdt. No. 414, offered by the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. Paul),
