                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                          S. 782 (ORDER NO. 38)

    Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on Wednesday, 
June 8, 2011, the Senate resume consideration of S. 782, a bill to amend 
the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to reauthorize 
that Act, and for other purposes; provided, that the time until 2:00 
p.m. be equally divided between the proponents and opponents of Amdt. 
No. 392, offered by the Senator from Montana (Mr. Tester); provided 
further, that at 2:00 p.m., Amdt. No. 393, offered by the Senator from 
Illinois (Mr. Durbin), be withdrawn, and the Senate proceed to vote in 
relation to Amdt. No. 392; further, that no amendments, motions or 
points of order be in order prior to the vote other than budget points 
of order and the applicable motions to waive; further, that Amdt. No. 
392 be subject to a 60-vote threshold, and the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table. (June 7, 2011.)
