UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
S. 223 (ORDER NO. 5)
Ordered, That on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., the
Senate resume consideration of S. 223, a bill to modernize the air
traffic control system, improve the safety, reliability, and
availability of transportation by air in the United States, provide for
modernization of the air traffic control system, reauthorize the Federal
Aviation Administration, and for other purposes; provided, that at 11:40
a.m., there be 20 minutes of debate, equally divided in the usual form,
on Amdt. No. 58, offered by the Senator from Nebraska (Mr. Nelson);
provided further, that a second degree amendment which is at the desk,
to be offered by the Senator from Nebraska (Mr. Nelson), be agreed to;
further, that the Senate then proceed to vote in relation to the
amendment; further, that there be no further amendments in order prior
to the vote; further, that the motion to reconsider be considered made
and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate; further,
that at 2:15 p.m., there be 10 minutes of debate, equally divided in the
usual form, on Amdt. No. 14, offered by the Senator from Mississippi
(Mr. Wicker); further, that the Senate then proceed to vote in relation
to the amendment; further, that there be no second degree amendments in
order prior to the vote; further, that the motion to reconsider be
considered made and laid upon the table; further, that all amendments
covered by this agreement be subject to a 60 vote threshold for
adoption; further, that if an amendment does not achieve 60 affirmative
votes, the amendment be withdrawn. (Feb. 14, 2011.)
