UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 4853
Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Monday, December 13, 2010,
the Senate resume consideration of the House Message to Accompany H.R.
4853, an act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the
funding and expenditure authority of the Airport and Airway Trust Fund,
to amend title 49, United States Code, to extend authorizations for the
airport improvement program, and for other purposes; provided, that the
time until 3:00 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two
Leaders or their designees; provided further, that the vote on the
motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur with Amdt. No. 4753,
offered by the Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid), in the House amendment to
the Senate amendment to H.R. 4853 occur at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December
13, 2010; further, that the mandatory quorum call required under Rule
XXII be waived. (Dec. 9, 10, 2010.)
