UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
HOUSE MESSAGE TO ACCOMPANY H.R. 4853
Ordered, That after any Leader time on Saturday, December 4, 2010,
the Senate resume consideration of the House message to accompany H.R.
4853, an act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the
funding and expenditure authority of the Airport and Airway Trust Fund,
to amend title 49, United States Code, to extend authorizations for the
airport improvement program, and for other purposes; provided, that the
time from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. be equally divided and controlled
between the Leaders or their designees, with the time under Democratic
control equally divided and controlled between the Senator from New York
(Mr. Schumer) and the Senator from Montana (Mr. Baucus); provided
further, that at 10:30 a.m., the Senate proceed to vote on the motion to
invoke cloture on the motion to concur with Amdt. No. 4727, offered by
the Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid), in the House amendment to the Senate
amendment to H.R. 4853.
Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture
with respect to the House message to accompany H.R. 4853, the mandatory
quorum calls required under Rule XXII be waived. (Dec. 2, 3, 2010.)
