UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
S. 510 (ORDER NO. 247)
Ordered, That after any Leader time on Tuesday, November 30, 2010,
the Senate resume consideration of S. 510, a bill to amend the Federal
Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to the safety of the food
supply; provided, that there be two minutes of debate, equally divided
and controlled, between the Senator from Oklahoma (Mr. Coburn) and the
Senator from Hawaii (Mr. Inouye), prior to the vote in relation to the
Coburn motion with respect to Amdt. No. 4697; provided further, that
upon disposition of that motion, there be two minutes of debate, equally
divided and controlled in the usual form, prior to a vote in relation to
the Coburn motion with respect to Amdt. No. 4696.
Ordered further, That if any motion is successful, the Senate vote
immediately on the amendment and that upon disposition of all motions
and amendments, no further motions or amendments be in order and the
substitute amendment, as amended, if amended, be agreed to; the bill, as
amended, be read a third time; and that after reading the pay-go
statement with respect to the bill, the Senate proceed to passage of the
bill, and the cloture motion with respect to the bill be withdrawn.
Ordered further, That after the first vote, the succeeding votes be
limited to 10 minutes each.
Ordered further, That the mandatory quorums under Rule XXII be
waived. (Nov. 18, 29, 2010.)
