UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 3816 (ORDER NO. 578)
1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on Monday,
September 27, 2010, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to S. 3816, a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to
create American jobs and to prevent the offshoring of such jobs
overseas.
Ordered further, That the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on
the motion to proceed to S. 3816 occur at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday,
September 28, 2010; provided, that the mandatory quorum required under
Rule XXII be waived. (Sept. 24, 2010.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
