UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
S. 3454 (ORDER NO. 414)
Ordered, That on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, upon conclusion of
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to S. 3454, an original bill to authorize appropriations for
fiscal year 2011 for military activities of the Department of Defense,
for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department
of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal
year, and for other purposes, and the time until 12:30 p.m. be equally
divided and controlled between the Senator from Michigan (Mr. Levin) and
the Senator from Arizona (Mr. McCain), or their designees, and that at
2:15 p.m., on Tuesday, the Senate proceed to a vote on the motion to
invoke cloture on the motion to proceed.
Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on
the motion to proceed, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be
waived. (Sept. 16, 20, 2010.)
