UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 3628 (ORDER NO. 476)
1.--Ordered, That on Monday, July 26, 2010, the Senate resume
consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3628, a bill to amend the
Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to prohibit foreign influence in
Federal elections, to prohibit government contractors from making
expenditures with respect to such elections, and to establish additional
disclosure requirements with respect to spending in such elections, and
for other purposes; provided, that the vote on the motion to invoke
cloture on the motion to proceed occur at 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27,
2010; provided further, that the time from 2:15 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. be
equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their
designees, with the Majority Leader controlling the final 15 minutes;
further, that with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the motion
to proceed to S. 3628, the mandatory quorum call required under Rule
XXII be waived. (July 22, 2010.)

2.--Ordered, That with respect to Amdt. No. 4500, offered by the
Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid), notwithstanding the provisions of Rule
XXII, post-cloture time is suspended until such time as the Senate
resumes consideration of H.R. 5297, an act to create the Small Business
Lending Fund Program to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to make
capital investments in eligible institutions in order to increase the
availability of credit for small businesses, to amend the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax incentives for small business job
creation, and for other purposes; provided, that with respect to the
motions to invoke cloture on Amdt. No. 4499, offered by the Senator from
Nevada (Mr. Reid) and H.R. 5297, the mandatory quorum calls required
under Rule XXII be waived. (July 21, 22, 2010.)
