UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
HOUSE MESSAGE ON H.R. 4213
Ordered, That with respect to the House message to accompany H.R.
4213, an act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend
certain expiring provisions, and for other purposes, the next 4
amendments in order to the Baucus motion to concur with an amendment be
the following and that they be subject to a 60 vote threshold and that
if the amendment achieves 60 votes it be agreed to and the motion to
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table; and if the
amendment does not achieve 60 votes, it be withdrawn; provided further,
that there be 2 minutes of debate equally divided in the usual form
prior to each vote and that after the first vote, succeeding votes be
limited to 10 minutes; provided further, that no intervening amendments
be in order during the consideration of these amendments:
