UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
S. 3217 (ORDER NO. 349)
Ordered, That after Leader Time on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, the
Senate resume consideration of S. 3217, an original bill to promote the
financial stability of the United States by improving accountability and
transparency in the financial system, to end ``too big to fail'', to
protect the American taxpayer by ending bailouts, to protect consumers
from abusive financial services practices, and for other purposes;
provided, that the time until 10 a.m. be for debate with respect to the
following three amendments, with the time equally divided and controlled
between the Leaders or their designees; provided further, that at 10
a.m., the Senate proceed to vote in relation to the amendments in the
order listed, with no amendment in order to the amendments prior to a
vote, with two minutes of debate prior to the succeeding votes, and with
the succeeding votes limited to 10 minutes:
Merkley-Klobuchar Amdt. No. 3962,
Corker Amdt. No. 3955, and
Hutchison-Klobuchar Amdt. No. 3759, as modified.
Ordered further, That the next two amendments in order be a
Landrieu-Isakson amendment regarding risk retention and Amdt. No. 3918,
offered by the Senator from Maine (Ms. Snowe) and the Senator from
Louisiana (Ms. Landrieu). (May 11, 2010.)
