UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
S. 3217 (ORDER NO. 349)
Ordered, That after Leader Time on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, the Senate
resume consideration of S. 3217, an original bill to promote the
financial stability of the United States by improving accountability and
transparency in the financial system, to end ``too big to fail'', to
protect the American taxpayer by ending bailouts, to protect consumers
from abusive financial services practices, and for other purposes;
provided, that the Senate then debate concurrently Amdt. No. 3738,
offered by Senator from Vermont (Mr. Sanders) and Amdt. No. 3760,
offered by the Senator from Louisiana (Mr. Vitter) and that prior to a
vote in relation to each amendment, there be 80 minutes of debate with
20 minutes each under the control of the Senator from Vermont (Mr.
Sanders), the Senator from Louisiana (Mr. Vitter), the Senator from
Alabama (Mr. Shelby) and the Senator from Connecticut (Mr. Dodd);
provided further that upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate
proceed to vote in relation to Amdt. No. 3738 to be followed by a vote
in relation to Amdt. No. 3760. (May 10, 2010.)
