                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                        H.R. 4851 (ORDER NO. 323)

    Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on Monday, 
April 12, 2010, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed 
to H.R. 4851, an act to provide a temporary extension of certain 
programs, and for other purposes; provided, that the vote on the motion 
to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed occur at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, 
April 12, 2010, and that the time from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. be divided 
between the Leaders or their designees, with the Majority Leader 
controlling the 15 minutes prior to the vote.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on 
the motion to proceed, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be 
waived. (Mar. 26, 2010.)
