                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                                H.R. 4213

    Ordered, That at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2010, the Committee 
on Finance be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 4213, an act 
to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend certain expiring 
provisions, and for other purposes; provided, that the Senate then 
proceed to its consideration and the Senator from Montana (Mr. Baucus), 
or his designee, be recognized to offer a substitute amendment, and that 
once the substitute amendment is reported by number it be considered 
read. (Feb. 25, 2010.)
