UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT
HOUSE MESSAGE ON H.R. 2847
Ordered, That at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, the
Senate resume consideration of the House message on H.R. 2847, an act
making appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, and
Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2010, and for other purposes; provided, that all post-cloture time be
yielded back, except as provided; provided further, that the time until
9:55 a.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or
their designees, and that at 9:55 a.m., the Senate proceed to vote on
the motion to waive the applicable budget points of order; further, that
if the points of order are waived, the second degree amendment be
withdrawn and no further amendments be in order; further, that the
Senate then vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the
Senate amendment to H.R. 2847, with Amdt. No. 3310, offered by the
Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid), without further intervening action.
Ordered further, That all time during any period of Morning
Business, recess or adjournment count post-cloture. (Feb. 22, 23, 2010.)
