                       UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT

                        H.R. 1256 (ORDER NO. 47)

    Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on Thursday, 
June 11, 2009, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1256, an act to 
protect the public health by providing the Food and Drug Administration 
with certain authority to regulate tobacco products, to amend title 5, 
United States Code, to make certain modifications in the Thrift Savings 
Plan, the Civil Service Retirement System, and the Federal Employees' 
Retirement System, and for other purposes; provided, that the time until 
2:30 p.m., be equally divided and controlled between the Senator from 
Connecticut (Mr. Dodd) and the Senator from Wyoming (Mr. Enzi) or their 
designees; provided further, that at 2:30 p.m., all post-cloture debate 
time having expired the Senate proceed to vote on passage of the bill, 
with no intervening action or debate.
    Ordered further, That the post-cloture time be considered to have 
begun at 12:05 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, and that all post-
cloture time continue to run during any recess, adjournment or period of 
Morning Business of the Senate. (June 9, 10, 2009.)
