UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
HOUSE MESSAGE ON H.R. 2095
1.--Ordered, That at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, the
Senate resume consideration of the House message on H.R. 2095, an act to
amend title 49, United States Code, to prevent railroad fatalities,
injuries, and hazardous materials releases, to authorize the Federal
Railroad Safety Administration, and for other purposes; provided, that
all post-cloture time be yielded back; provided further, that the time
until 7:30 p.m. be equally divided and controlled between the two
Leaders or their designees; further, that at 7:30 p.m., the motion to
concur with an amendment be withdrawn, and the Senate then proceed to
vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate
amendment to H.R. 2095.
Ordered further, That on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, there be 2
minutes of debate equally divided prior to each vote; and that after the
first vote of any sequence, the succeeding votes be 10 minutes in
duration.
Ordered further, That no motion to refer be in order during the

2.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar.

or the underlying bill, that the bill and its amendments be referred to
