the motion to proceed to S. 3335, a bill to amend the Internal Revenue
Code of 1986 to extend certain expiring provisions, and for other
purposes, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (July

the motion to proceed to S. 2035, a bill to maintain the free flow of
information to the public by providing conditions for the federally
compelled disclosure of information by certain persons connected with
