UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
S. 3101 (ORDER NO. 772)
1.--Ordered, That at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2008, the
Senate resume the motion to proceed to S. 3101, a bill to amend titles
XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to extend expiring provisions
under the Medicare program, to improve beneficiary access to preventive
and mental health services, to enhance low-income benefit programs, and
to maintain access to care in rural areas, including pharmacy access,
and for other purposes; provided, that the time until 3:00 p.m. be
equally divided and controlled between the Leaders or their designees
with the final 40 minutes of that time controlled as follows: 10 minutes
each for the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley), and the Senator from
Montana (Mr. Baucus), the Senator from Kentucky (Mr. McConnell) and the
Senator from Nevada (Mr. Reid) or their designees, in that order;
provided further, that the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the
motion to proceed to S. 3101 occur at 3 p.m. on Thrusday, June 12, 2008.
Ordered further, That the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII
be waived. (June 10, 11, 2008.)

2.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar.

or the underlying bill, that the bill and its amendments be referred to
