1.--Ordered, That at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2008, the Senate
resume the motion to proceed to H.R. 2881, a bill to amend title 49,
United States Code, to authorize appropriations for the Federal Aviation
Administration for fiscal years 2008 through 2011, to improve aviation
safety and capacity, to provide stable funding for the national aviation
system, and for other purposes; provided, that the time unitl 5:30 p.m.
be equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their
designees, and that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate proceed to vote on the
motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the bill; provided
further, that the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.

2.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar.

or the underlying bill, that the bill and its amendments be referred to
