Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1195, a bill to amend the Safe,
Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for
Users to make technical corrections, and for other purposes; provided,
that with respect to the cloture motions filed on Amdt. No. 4146,
offered by the Senator from California (Mrs. Boxer) and H.R. 1195, the
mandatory quorums required under Rule XXII be waived. (Apr. 16, 2008.)

2.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar.
