UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
H.R. 3221 (CALENDAR NO. 340)
1.--Ordered, That upon the conclusion of Morning Business on
Tuesday, April 8, 2008, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 3221, an
act moving the United States toward greater energy independence and
security, developing innovative new technologies, reducing carbon
emissions, creating green jobs, protecting consumers, increasing clean
renewable energy production, and modernizing our energy infrastructure;
provided, that the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Amdt. No.
4387, offered by the Senator from Connecticut (Mr. Dodd) occur at 2:15
p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, and the mandatory quorum required under
Rule XXII be waived.
Ordered further, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on
H.R. 3221, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.
Ordered further, That Senators have until 12 noon on Tuesday, April
8, 2008 to file second degree amendments. (Apr. 4, 7, 2008.)
S. 2739 (ORDER NO. 616)
2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to proceed to S. 2739, a bill to authorize certain programs and
activities in the Department of the Interior, the Forest Service, and
the Department of Engery, to implement further the act approving the
Convenant to Establish a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in
Political Union with the United States of America, to amend the Compact
of Free Association Amendments Act of 2003, and for other purposes, the
mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived. (Apr. 4, 2008.)

3.--Ordered, That S. 1974, a bill to make technical corrections
related to the Pension Protection Act of 2006, remain at the desk. (Mar.
31, 2008.)
S. 2483 (ORDER NO. 546)
4.--Ordered, That at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader,
following consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate proceed to
the consideration of S. 2483, a bill to authorize certain programs and
activities in the Forest Service, the Department of the Interior, and
the Department of Energy, and for other purposes.
Ordered further, That it be considered under the following
limitations: that the only amendments in order be five related
amendments to be offered by the Senator from Oklahoma (Mr. Coburn), and
that upon disposition of all amendments, the bill be read a third time,
and the Senate proceed to vote in the passage of the bill. (Dec. 19,

purposes, with an amendment that is not germane to the Senate amendment
or the underlying bill, that the bill and its amendments be referred to
