UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
HOUSE MESSAGE ON H.R. 6
1.--Ordered, That on Friday, December 7, 2007, immediately following
the prayer and the pledge, the Senate proceed to consider the message
from the House on H.R. 6, an act to move the United States toward
greater energy independence and security, to increase the production of
clean renewable fuels, to protect consumers from price gouging, to
increase the energy efficiency of products, buildings, and vehicles, to
promote research on and deploy greenhouse gas capture and storage
options, and to improve the energy performance of the Federal
Government, and for other purposes, notwithstanding the papers not
having been received from the House.
Ordered further, That the Majority Leader be immediately recognized
to move to concur in the House amendments to Senate amendments and to
file cloture on that motion, and that there be 20 minutes equally
divided in the usual form for debate on the Majority Leader's motion
followed by a cloture vote on that motion.
Ordered further, That no other motions, amendments, or points of
order be in order prior to the vote on the motion to invoke cloture.

2.--Ordered, That the cloture vote on Amdt. No. 3500, offered by the
Senator from Iowa (Mr. Harkin), H.R. 2419, an act to provide for the
continuation of agricultural programs through fiscal year 2012, and for
other purposes, occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader,
after consultation with the Republican Leader.
