1.--Ordered, That when the Senate resumes Legislative Session on
Wednesday, October 24, 2007, there then be 20 minutes of debate equally
divided between the Majority Leader and the Republican Leader, or their
designees, prior to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion
to proceed to S. 2205, a bill to authorize the cancellation of removal
and adjustment of status of certain alien students who are long-term
United States residents and who entered the United States as children,
and for other purposes.
Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the motion
to proceed to S. 2205, the mandatory quorum call under Rule XXII be
waived. (Oct. 22, 23, 2007.)
