H.R. 976 (ORDER NO. 58)
1.--Ordered, That on Monday, July 30, 2007, upon the conclusion of
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to H.R. 976, an act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986
to provide tax relief for small businesses, and for other purposes;
provided, that the time until 5:30 p.m. be equally divided and
controlled between the Chairman (Mr. Baucus) and Ranking Member (Mr.
Grassley) of the Finance Committee or their designees; provided further,
that at 5:30 p.m., without further intervening action or debate, the
Senate proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to
proceed to H.R. 976.
Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture
on the motion to proceed to H.R. 976, the mandatory quorum under Rule
XXII be waived. (July 26, 27, 2007.)

2.--Ordered, That the veto message on S. 5, the Stem Cell Research
Enhancement Act of 2007, be considered as read and that it be printed in
