UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS
H.R. 1495 (ORDER NO. 128)
1.--Ordered, That on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, upon the conclusion of
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of H.R. 1495, an act
to provide for the conservation and development of water and related
resources, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to construct various
projects for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States,
and for other purposes; provided that the time until 11:45 a.m. be for
debate with respect to Amdt. No. 1090 offered by the Senator from
Oklahoma (Mr. Coburn), with the time equally divided and controlled by
the Senator from California (Mrs. Boxer) and the Senator from Oklahoma
(Mr. Coburn) or their designees; further, that at 11:45 a.m., the Senate
proceed to a vote in relation to Amdt. No. 1090 with no intervening
amendment in order prior to the vote.
Ordered further, That any cloture motions filed on Tuesday, May 15,
2007, on Amdt. No. 1097 and Amdt. No. 1098, be considered as having been
filed on Monday, May 14, 2007, prior to the motion to proceed to S.
1348. (May 14, 2007.)
S. 1348 (ORDER NO. 144)
2.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at a time to be
determined by the Majority Leader, following consultation with the
Republican Leader, the Senate proceed to a vote on the motion to invoke
cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1348, a bill to provide for
comprehensive immigration reform, and for other purposes.
Ordered further, That relative to the cloture motion filed on the
motion to proceed to S. 1348, the mandatory quorum required under Rule
XXII be waived. (May 14, 2007.)
H.R. 2206
3.--Ordered, That when the Senate receives from the House H.R. 2206,
an act making emergency supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2007, and for other purposes, it be placed on the
Calendar; further, that notwithstanding Rule XXII, that the Majority
Leader with the concurrence of the Republican Leader, may at anytime
consider H.R. 2206. (May 11, 2007.)
