                      UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS

                         S. 1082 (ORDER NO. 120)

    1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, upon the conclusion of 
Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1082, a bill to 
amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to reauthorize and amend 
the prescription drug user fee provisions, and for other purposes; 
provided that only the following amendments be in order to the bill: 
Amdt. No. 1039 offered by the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley), Amdt. 
No. 998 offered by the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley), and Amdt. No. 
1034 offered by the Senator from Illinois (Mr. Durbin).
    Ordered further, That there be 60 minutes remaining for debate to 
run concurrently on the bill and the remaining amendments, with 10 
minutes under the control of the Senator from Iowa (Mr. Grassley) or his 
designee, 5 minutes under the control of the Senator from Illinois (Mr. 
Durbin) or his designee, and the remaining time equally divided and 
controlled between the Chairman and the Ranking Member or their 
designees.
    Ordered further, That upon the use or yielding back of time, there 
be 2 minutes for debate equally divided and controlled prior to a vote 
in relation to Amdt. No. 1039; further, that upon the disposition of 
Amdt. No. 1039, there be 2 minutes for debate prior to a vote in 
relation to Amdt. No. 998, and upon disposition of Amdt. No. 998, there 
be 2 minutes for debate prior to a vote in relation to Amdt. No. 1034.
    Ordered further, That upon the disposition of Amdt. No. 1034, the 
committee substitute amendment, as modified and amended, be agreed to, 
and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table; 
further, that the cloture motion on the bill be withdrawn; provided 
further, that the bill be read for a third time, and the Senate proceed 
to a vote on passage of the bill, and that all of the above occur 
without further intervening action or debate; provided further, that the 
title amendment, which is at the desk, be agreed to and the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table. (May 8, 2007.)

                        H.R. 1495 (ORDER NO. 128)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the motion to proceed to H.R. 
1495, an act to provide for the conservation and development of water 
and related resources, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to 
construct various projects for improvements to rivers and harbors of the 
United States, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum required 
under Rule XXII be waived; further, that the cloture vote on the motion 
to proceed to H.R. 1495, shall not occur before Thursday, May 10, 2007.
