    1.--Ordered, That on Wednesday, April 18, 2007, upon the conclusion 
of Morning Business, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to 
proceed to S. 3, to amend part D of title XVIII of the Social Security 
Act to provide for fair prescription drug prices for Medicare 
beneficiaries, and then vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the 
motion to proceed to S. 3.
    Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture 
on the motion to proceed to S. 3, the mandatory quorum call under Rule 
XXII be waived. (Apr. 16, 17, 2007.)

                         S. 378 (ORDER NO. 107)

    2.--Ordered, That with respect to the cloture motion filed on the 
motion to proceed to S. 378, a bill to amend title 18, United States 
Code, to protect judges, prosecutors, witnesses, victims, and their 
family members, and for other purposes, the mandatory quorum call under 
Rule XXII be waived.
    Ordered further, That prior to the vote on the motion to invoke 
cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 378, there be 2 minutes of debate 
equally divided between the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Leahy) and the
