(Between the Transmittal of the 2005 and 2006 Budgets)
A statement of all amendments to or revisions in budget authority
requested between transmittal of the 2005 Budget and the 2006 Budget is
presented below. This statement is included in the budget in accordance
with the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 (31 U.S.C. 1105(d)).
The modifications to requests for 2005 budget authority that were
made through the course of the past year took the form of Presidential
amendments to the budget requests transmitted on February 2, 2004.
These amendments were printed in the documents of the House of
Representatives that are identified on the following listing.
