Prohibition on buying or selling of certain investments by Senators

Rule XXXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended—(1)by redesignating paragraph 16 as paragraph 17; and(2)by inserting after paragraph 15 the following:16.Effective January 1, 2027, no Senator may buy or sell a publicly traded stock or cryptocurrency..
