That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the National Credit Union Administration relating to Withdrawal of Fee Reporting Requirements (issued March 3, 2025, and a letter of opinion from the Government Accountability Office dated January 16, 2026, printed in the Congressional Record on February 9, 2026, on pages S530–532, concluding that withdrawal is a rule under the Congressional Review Act), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
