                                 A BILL


 
 To facilitate the conveyance of certain land in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, 
   platted under section 2387 of the Revised Statutes, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FACILITATION OF CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LAND IN BONNERS FERRY, 
              IDAHO.

    (a) Disclaimer of Interest.--To facilitate the conveyance of the 
covered land described in subsection (b) that was platted under section 
2387 of the Revised Statutes (43 U.S.C. 718) (repealed by section 
703(a) of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (Public 
Law 94-579; 90 Stat. 2790)), not later than 90 days after the date of 
enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall issue a 
recordable disclaimer of interest of the United States in and to the 
covered land.
    (b) Description of Covered Land.--The covered land referred to in 
subsection (a) is the approximately 15.12 acres of land in Bonners 
Ferry, Idaho, depicted as ``Eaton'' on the map entitled ``Eaton'' and 
dated December 22, 1893, excluding the portion of the land within the 
boundary of the Kootenai Indian Reservation.
