Short title

This Act may be cited as the Tribal Access to Nutrition Assistance Act of 2026.

Food distribution program on Indian reservations

Section 4(b)(2) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2013(b)(2)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C) and inserting the following:(C)

Simultaneous participation in SNAP

A plan for distribution described in paragraph (1) shall permit any household eligible to participate in the program established under this subsection to simultaneously participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program..
