To amend the Public Health Service Act to streamline the review of biosimilar biological products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Streamlining biosimilar reviews.
Section 351(k)(5) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 262(k)(5)) is amended—
(1) by striking subparagraph (B); and
(2) by redesignating subparagraph (C) as subparagraph (B).
