 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Seized Assets for Battlefield Equipment and Readiness Act of 2026</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>SABER Act of 2026</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section section-type="subsequent-section" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idcf89808e9faf4913bdc330f9b1e9445f"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Expansion of permissible uses of Ukraine Support Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 104(f)(2) of the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act (division F of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/118/50">Public Law 118–50</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/9521">22 U.S.C. 9521</external-xref> note) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idf75fe73c6b6744069881963cd50ced87"><subparagraph id="id704994d44f31431eb982992b48a2913f"><enum>(D)</enum><text>Purchases by the Government of Ukraine of defense articles and services to respond to and recover from the consequences of the aggression of the Russian Federation.</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
