Short title

This Act may be cited as the Land of the Free Act of 2026.

Exception to ground for deportability for protected speech activities

Section 237(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(4)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
