Short title

This Act may be cited as the Military Access to Reproductive Care and Health for Military Servicemembers Act or the MARCH for Military Servicemembers Act.

Restoration of previous policy regarding restriction on use of medical facilities and funds of Department of Defense for abortion care

(a)

Repeal

Section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.(b)

Clerical amendment

The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 55 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 1093.
