To amend title 10, United States Code, regarding restrictions on the use of funds and facilities of the Department of Defense for abortion care.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Military Access to Reproductive Care and Health for Military Servicemembers Act” or the “MARCH for Military Servicemembers Act”.
SEC. 2. Restoration of previous policy regarding restriction on use of medical facilities and funds of Department of Defense for abortion care.
(a) Repeal.—Section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed.
(b) Clerical amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 55 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 1093.
