                                 A BILL


 
To amend the Public Health Service Act to expand the Project ECHO Grant 
 Program, to allow for such program to disseminate knowledge and build 
 capacity to address Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and for 
                            other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Accelerating Access to Dementia and 
Alzheimer's Provider Training Act'' or the ``AADAPT Act''.

SEC. 2. EXPANDING CAPACITY FOR HEALTH OUTCOMES.

    Section 330N of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-20) 
is amended--
            (1) in subsection (a)(1), by striking ``entities'' and 
        inserting ``entities, including a public or nonprofit private 
        entity,''; and
            (2) in subsection (b), by inserting ``dementia care,'' 
        after ``palliative care,''.
