To provide for a temporary adjustment to the prospectus thresholds for certain General Services Administration projects, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Prospectus Modernization Act of 2026”.
SEC. 2. GSA prospectus threshold.
(a) In general.—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for fiscal years 2026 through 2028, section 3307(a) of title 40, United States Code, shall be applied—
(1) by substituting “$10,000,000” for “$1,500,000” in each of paragraphs (1) and (2) of that section; and
(2) by substituting “$5,000,000” for “$750,000” in paragraph (3) of that section.
(b) No adjustment.—For purposes of fiscal years 2026 through 2028, section 3307(h) of title 40, United States Code, shall not apply to the amounts substituted under subsection (a).
